Elizabeth Eades is a provisionally licensed counselor working under the supervision of Dr. Jean Moretto, Ph.D., LPC. (License # 002544). Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Currently, she has completed her Master's in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Department of Counseling and Family Therapy at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Since 2013, Elizabeth has been an active student member of both the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the American Psychological Association (APA). From a client-centered perspective, Elizabeth strives to establish a safe and trusting interpersonal atmosphere for clients to explore their strengths and challenges, and realize their personal goals.
In addition to counseling, Elizabeth's professional interests include mind-body health and wellness techniques and modalities. As a licensed massage therapist and member of the Association for Massage and Bodywork Professionals (AMBP) since 1990, Elizabeth has seen first-hand the power of combining evidenced-based psychotherapy with somatic modalities including Deep-Tissue Swedish massage, Touch for Health Kinesiology, and Meridian Massage Therapy. At Walter’s Walk, Elizabeth is available for any of these services by appointment.
