Lori Bosma Ream is a PLPC under the supervision of Dr. Jean Moretto, PhD, LPC. She holds a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, a bachelor’s in Secondary Education from Concordia University–Ann Arbor, and a PHR certification. Lori specializes in compassion fatigue, moral injury, and secondary traumatic stress, with a focus on first responders, military and helping professionals. Her work on compassion fatigue among law enforcement was published in the FBI’s Law Enforcement Bulletin. She is trained in EMDR therapy and offers trauma-informed care to adults from diverse backgrounds. As a co-founder of Responder Development & Empowerment (RDE), Lori is dedicated to creating safe, nonjudgmental spaces where healing can begin.
