Lucie Ecker is a counseling intern under the supervision of Julia Dooley, MA, LPC, RPT-S. She is completing her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Webster University. She is a student member of the American Counseling Association. She has obtained a certificate in Psychological First Aid, as well as certificates in Suicide Prevention. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Special Education from Fontbonne University. Lucie's goal is to apply her growing knowledge and person-centered approach to help children and adolescents with a range of presenting difficulties including trauma, depression, anxiety, and general life stressors. She strives to build strong therapeutic relationships based on empathy, trust, positive-regard, and respect for all clients.
