Israelneisha (Neisha) Eleby

Neisha is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle School Education. With more than 15 years of experience as an educator, Neisha brings a unique understanding of adolescents, families, relationships, and the challenges that can impact emotional well-being.

Neisha is passionate about helping individuals overcome obstacles, navigate life’s challenges, and make meaningful changes. Her counseling approach is direct, compassionate, and solution-focused, helping clients identify what may not be working and develop practical steps toward their personal goals. When welcomed by the client, she also incorporates holistic and spiritual perspectives into the counseling process.

Neisha believes that sometimes moving forward requires the courage to change course. She often reminds clients that “each person is one recalculation away from where they want to be.” Through counseling, clients can gain greater clarity, recognize their strengths, and discover a healthier path forward.

In addition to individual counseling, Neisha speaks to churches, ministries, schools, and community organizations on topics related to personal growth, relationships, youth, families, and emotional well-being. She primarily works with teenagers and adults, as well as families and groups.
