Destiny Ewing is under the direct supervision of Julia Dooley, MA, LPC, RPT. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Webster University. Destiny received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a minor in Diversity Studies from Missouri State University. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and Chi Sigma Iota. She is also passionate about creating a safe place for her clients to talk about their experiences. Destiny looks forward to creating empowering bonds with her clients for them to be able to explore different solutions and problem-solving in a way that recognizes the different identities and intersections of the client’s life. Destiny has had experience working with a diverse group of adolescents and teens within active sports settings and a diverse group of young adults finding their way on college campuses. Her hope in her counseling career is to be able to help bridge communication between clients in their communities and foster their strengths as they go forward in life.
