“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – Carl Jung
Stephanie is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) under the supervision of Dr. Jean Moretto, PhD, LPC. She believes meaningful change often begins with the courage to pause, reflect, and learn. Stephanie earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindenwood University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and Alpha Chi Honor Society.
Stephanie works with teens, adults, and couples navigating ADHD and neurodivergence, anxiety, trauma, relationship and intimacy issues, parenting challenges, identity development, life transitions, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and borderline personality disorder. She also supports clients facing burnout, relational rupture, and the process of rebuilding after disconnection or betrayal. Her approach often resonates with teens, men and women in stage of life transitions, high-functioning clients who feel overwhelmed or misunderstood, and those exploring questions of meaning, identity, or purpose. Stephanie’s style is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from existential, somatic, and narrative frameworks. She incorporates EMDR strategies with a focus on early experiences, emotional regulation, and personal insight.
Stephanie prioritizes truth, transparency, and collaboration in the counseling process. She works to build a supportive, judgment-free relationship where clients feel safe to speak openly and explore what matters most. Whether facing a major change, untangling relational patterns, navigating loss, or seeking greater clarity, she helps clients make sense of their experiences, uncover meaning, and identify goals that support growth and lasting change.
